Mark P. Kingston
President and CEO, Realm Business Solutions


 
As the President and CEO of Realm Business Solutions, Mark is responsible for growing revenues, identifying market opportunities, and strengthening the company’s brand and customer relationships. Mark joined Realm Business Solutions in 2003 as Vice President and General Manager of ARGUS Software. In 2004, he assumed additional responsibilities including the management of strategy and operations for Realm's industry-leading financial analysis products, including ARGUS, DYNA and BUDGET. Prior to Realm Business Solutions, Mark served in sales, marketing, operations and executive management positions for Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Physicians Resource Group, Izoic, EC Outlook. He holds a BS in Math and Physics from Mount Union College and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.

 
Douglas Skogman
Chief Technology Officer

 
As a strong and seasoned executive, Doug directs all of the software development, testing and information technology needs of the Company. His charge is to maintain and further develop Realm’s role as a cutting-edge, next generation technological solutions provider to the commercial real estate industry. Prior to Realm, Doug served as the Development Director of the Operations Manager product suite for AspenTech. Prior to AspenTech, Doug led the software development for several organizations including BMC Software, Object Reservoir, Kinesix and Scientific Software-Intercomp. Doug began his career as an engineer and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas.

 
 
Paul Throldahl
Senior Vice President of Global Sales

 
As the Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Paul Throldahl is responsible for generating and growing worldwide revenues as well as architecting Realm’s future business development strategies. During the course of his career, Paul has accumulated over 12 years of direct sales and management experience and has built numerous inside and enterprise sales teams from the ground up.

Prior to joining Realm, Paul was a principal at Insight Venture Partners where he worked closely with the firm’s portfolio companies to improve sales processes and results. Paul also spent time on the executive management team at VoiceGenie Technology Inc., where he lead the global professional services sales organization. In this capacity, VoiceGenie's revenues increased by over a 100%. VoiceGenie won the "Profit 100" industry award and was acquired by Alcatel in 2006.

Before his tenure with VoiceGenie, Paul was the Vice President of Global Sales for TrailBlazer Systems, an e-business company. Under his leadership, TrailBlazer’s revenues increased 40% leading to the firm’s acquisition by NuBridges LLC. Earlier in his career, Paul served as Area Vice President of Sales at Tidal Software, a systems management vendor specializing in job scheduling as well as held senior sales positions at EMC and Platinum Technologies. Paul holds a BBA in Management from the University of Wisconsin.

 
 
Robert Simmons
Vice President MIS/IT

 
As the Vice President of MIS/IT, Robert is responsible for the underlying technology and systems that support both the tactical and strategic goals that power Realm Business Solutions. Robert joined Argus Financial Software (a predecessor to Realm) in 1999 in the development group, working in the area of product testing, test automation, product install builds, and programming. Robert’s career includes a position with WesternGeco (formerly Western Geophysical) as a seismic offshore processing crew supervisor. Robert graduated from the University of Missouri-Rolla with a BS degree in Biochemical Engineering and a second bachelor’s degree in Economics.

 
 
Dennis Mosley
Senior Vice President of Sales, Financial Analysis Products

 
Dennis D. W. Mosley is Senior Vice President of Sales for the Financial Analysis division of Realm. As such, he is responsible for meeting his division’s sales goals, interacting closely with the commercial real estate market and developing Realm's strategies for entering emerging markets. During his tenure with Realm, which began in early 1992, Dennis also served as the Manager of Technical Support, Manager of Training and Director of Operations. Dennis is an expert in the use of ARGUS and DYNA in the commercial real estate enterprises and holds a degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.

 
 
John Lim
Senior Vice President of Operations

 
As the Senior Vice President of Operations, John is responsible for developing operational efficiencies within the company as well as managing the client support, training, university program and client services departments within the financial analysis group. Additionally, John has been tasked with developing Realm's infrastructure and operational strategies in emerging markets. John has been with the company since 1996 and possesses an in depth knowledge of the products and business processes of the company. John holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas.


 
 
Jennifer Brenner Andrade
Vice President of Marketing

 
Jennifer oversees all marketing efforts for the Financial Analysis division, including market research, events and trade shows, lead generation, industry partnerships, promotions and public and media relations. She also manages Realm’s corporate marketing and public relations tasks. Jennifer brings extensive knowledge of the real estate industry from her previous career as a journalist. Jennifer has published over 1,000 articles on the commercial real estate industry. Previous positions include Senior Researcher, Managing Editor of a large corporate web site. She has been a correspondent for GlobeSt.com, Real Estate Forum, GRID and Executive Decision magazines, and has published a series of columns centered around marketing. Jennifer holds a BA in History from Brigham Young University.

 

Michael Tuer
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Commercial Solutions


 
As Executive Vice President and General Manager for Realm’s Commercial Solutions Division, Michael Tuer is responsible for the growth, profit and loss and overall direction of Realm’s industry-leading products CTI, INSIGHT and LEASE. Michael has a customer service background, and during his tenure with Realm has been responsible for ensuring top-notch service and support resolution. Michael has more than twenty years of computer software related experience. He started at Realm (formerly as Director of Client Support at CTI) in 1990. Michael pioneered Realm’s eSupport online help system, and became VP of Client Support in 2002 after the purchase of CTI by Realm, in addition to taking the helm of Realm Client Services in 2003.

 
Jon Capezzuto
Vice President of Development, Commercial Solutions

 
As the Vice President of Development for the Commercial Division, Jon is responsible for the creation of Realm's next-generation Property Management and Leasing solutions. He also provided the architecture and leads development on the INSIGHT Data Warehouse for reporting and analysis. Jon started with CTI (now part of Realm) in 1989 and was Director of Development at CTI from 1994 to 2000. He led architecture and development of key CTI functionality. Jon holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.

 
Ted Zapletal
Vice President of Client Services and Support, Commercial Solutions

 
Ted is responsible for all client support, consulting, training, as well as ASP services for Realm’s Commercial division of products including CTI, INSIGHT and LEASE. Ted joined the company in 1999 originally as an Engagement Manager for the CTI Client Support group. He was heavily involved in the planning and successful launch of the real estate industry’s first ASP offering and has overseen the steady growth of Realm’s ASP business. Before joining Realm, Ted spent two years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and JCPenney Company. Ted holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

 
Michele Cobb
Vice President of Marketing, Commercial Solutions

 
Michele is responsible for the success of the long-term marketing strategies and the day-to-day marketing duties for the CTI, INSIGHT and LEASE product suites. Michele has over seventeen years of experience in the marketing and sales field. Her expertise includes new business development, campaign strategy and development, sales collateral management, event planning, promotions, and general corporate marketing communications. Prior to Realm, Michele spent several years in the marketing capacity at Prelude Systems. She holds a BBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of North Texas.

 
Stephen Lowrance
Vice President of Product Management, Financial Analysis

 
With over a decade of experience in the development and analytical areas of commercial real estate, Stephen Lowrance has responsibility for the direction and evolution of the industry’s standard software tools: ARGUS, BUDGET and DYNA. In addition to leading Realm’s product management efforts, Stephen has held management positions at Realm Customer Support, Training and Client Services divisions. He has consulted on real estate projects totaling well over $500 million and has worked with ARGUS clients across the globe. Stephen earned both his graduate degree in Land and Real Estate Development, and his undergraduate studies in Environmental Design at Texas A&M University. Stephen has extensive international experience, including attendance at the University of Hong Kong, where as a visiting graduate student he conducted market research and feasibility studies for the provisional airport authority.


Walter Turney
Senior Vice President of Sales, Commercial Solutions


 
Walter is directly responsible for business development, sales and market representation for Realm’s Commercial Solutions Division, which includes CTI, INSIGHT and LEASE. Additionally, Walter manages and develops the Commercial Division’s strategic partnerships. Walter has an extensive sales management background of more than 24 years in software and related consulting services. He has worked within organizations such as ONYX Software, Borland International, ACI and Intelligent Technology Group. Walter began his career as a software engineer and holds a BS in Computer Science from Nassau College.

Soh Har Pang
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Asia-Pacific


 
Soh Har Pang is tasked with the growth, operations and development of the Asia-Pacific region. She manages the activities in this region from Realm’s offices in Singapore. During her tenure with the company, Soh Har has served in product and project management, operations and sales, and project engineering positions for the Asia region. She has led the charge to develop a significant foothold in the local commercial real estate industry. Soh Har graduated with honors from Nanyang Technological University, earning a BS degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. She has obtained an MBA from the Nanyang Fellows Programme in collaboration with the MIT's Sloan Fellows Program.



 
 
Patrick Ng
Vice President of Operations, Asia-Pacific

 
As Vice President of Operations for the Asia-Pacific region, Patrick’s responsibilities include business development, channel management and general operations in the Asia Pacific region, and is currently leading a team of developers and consultants in the Singapore office. Patrick is also responsible for developing new and emerging markets such as Korea, China, Middle-East and India. During his tenure with Realm, Patrick has served as a Product Manager for the communication solutions business and the real estate solutions team. Patrick graduated with honors from the University of Glasgow, earning a BS degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and holds a diploma in Information Technology Security.

 

 

Kazuyuki Fujii
Managing Director of Business Development & Operations, Japan


 
As the Managing Director of Business Development and Operations for Japan, Kazuyuki is responsible for product management, training the market and providing sales support to distributors in Japan. Before joining Realm, Kazuyuki served in the Investment & Development, Development Sales, Sales Planning and Information Technology divisions of Shimizu Corporation, one of the largest construction companies in Japan. Kazuyuki, “Kazu” graduated from the Tokyo Denki University with an undergraduate degree in Management Engineering followed by a master’s degree in Systems Engineering.
