Session 1

This first of three 60 minute workshops is designed to prepare the student for questions on the ARGUS Software Certification (ASC) exam for ARGUS Valuation - DCF. Included in this first session are questions regarding general property information, inflation, miscellaneous revenues, reimbursable expenses, capital expenditures, rent roll and market leasing assumptions. Questions reviewed during this session will reflect similar ones that will appear on the exam.

Session 2

This second of three 60 minute workshops is designed to prepare the student for questions on the ASC Valuation - DCF exam. Included in this second session are questions regarding the yield menu, rent changes, space absorption, general vacancy, reports, debt financing, retail sales and partnerships. Questions reviewed during this session will reflect similar ones that will appear on the exam.

Session 3

This third of three 60 minute workshops is designed to prepare the student for questions on the ASC Valuation - DCF exam. Included in this third session are questions regarding rent abatement, leasing costs, detailed reimbursement methods, gross up, and portfolio. Questions reviewed during this session will reflect similar ones that will appear on the exam.
