Houston, TX- March 7, 2005 - Realm Business Solutions-the developer of ARGUS, the industry standard software tool for asset valuation and cash flow projection-introduced its newest product to brokers attending the 2005 NAI Global convention at the Rio Resort in Las Vegas, NV last week. For a very affordable price, ARGUS Valuation - Lite equips investment sales brokers to market income producing properties, demonstrate projected cash flows and returns to potential investors, as well as discover hidden value in commercial real estate assets for their clients.
"We showed NAI a dynamic marketing and sophisticated analysis tool for investment brokers looking to step up their game," says Mark P. Kingston, vice president and general manager of Realm. "We chose this venue to launch our new product, called ARGUS Valuation - Lite, because NAI brokers themselves played a key role in providing much of the market input needed to develop ARGUS Valuation - Lite."
"In creating ARGUS Valuation - Lite," adds Kingston, "our goal was to provide a product with the functions that brokers would use most coupled with an interface that is easy to use and doesn't require advanced training, all at an entry-level price. I have to say that I'm very pleased with the result, and I believe the brokerage community will be as well."
At the conference, Kingston stunned the crowd by announcing an unprecedented price structure that represents a 90% discount off the regular ARGUS product. According to Kingston, the price offered at the convention was an introductory special, but he says Realm is committed to making the general market pricing of ARGUS Valuation - Lite affordable for brokers and will provide free introductory training via scheduled Webcasts.

The first version of ARGUS Valuation - Lite for brokers will be available for general release in mid-March with a second release, which will support detailed lease analysis and comparative reporting for tenant representation and lease-versus-buy analysis capabilities, planned for early summer 2005.
